At COBRA Golf, we are committed to your performance on the course; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all equipment and apparel are in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Prepaid Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid FedEx shipping label provided to ensure your gear is tracked and insured during transit.
Pack Your Equipment
Securely place your items in the original shipping box, ensuring clubs are padded to prevent damage, and affix the return label to the outside of the package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized FedEx location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
